Max Romeo, The Upsetters – ”Chase The Devil” (1976)
Max Romeo, backad av Lee ”Scratch” Perry’s husband The Upsetters, vill jaga djävulen bort från jorden och ut i rymden.
Han har i en intervju med BBC (2010) berättat om meningen med sången:
”The devil is everything negative in our minds, the iron shirt is our strength of spirit that allows us to cast out the devil.”
